This section of the site is about my island of birth, Saba. I would like for this section to have some of everything about Saba, from geography, to history, to current events. I’ll start off with a brief statement in general.
Saba is a five (5) sq. mile (13 sq. km) island in the north-easthern caribbean. It is about 28 miles south of St. Maarten. Saba is part of the Netherlands Antilles along with the other islands of St. Eustatius (aka Statia), St. Maarten, Curacao and Bonaire. It is also the tallest peak in the Kingdom of the Netherlands at approx. 2800 ft. high.
